Whitening in your own time
At Skin & Teeth we use only medical-grade strength Opalescence teeth whitening to whiten your teeth. This strength of whitening can only be administered by qualified dental professionals and dentists, giving you the best results possible that can’t be brought online or over the counter.
Before treatment one of our dentists will perform a quick dental checkup to ensure you are suitable for treatment.
In-chair teeth whitening is a great solution for people who want the entire whitening process done in one session.

How it works
First you will need a consultation with our dentists so that they can conduct a quick checkup of your teeth and review your oral hygiene history and practices.
Following this we will fit a mould to your teeth and then supply you with the gel for use at home, along with instructions on how to use the gel. Results will gradually build over time after each session.
Optimise results
For the first 24-72 hours after treatment it is important to avoid consumption of:
- Dark and coloured liquids: tea, coffee, red wine, coke.
- Acidic liquids: soft drinks, fruit juice, alcohol.
- Sugary foods: cakes, cookies, ice cream, chocolate.
